Everything you need to know before we leave!
We are so excited that your student is going to camp with us this year and we know that God is going to move. Last year we had 22 students give their life to Jesus and we are praying about and excited to see what is going to happen this year. As excited as we are there a few things that need to be done before your student can get on the van, please get these done as soon as possible.
1. First thing that you need to do is fill out this form for every student that is going to camp! If you have already done this no need to do it again!

2. The next step you will need to do is finish paying off the final balance for your student BEFORE JULY 1st
Please bring a check by the office anytime before that or you can make a payment online here under your gift scroll down to youth ( Note if you make payment online please let Cooper know so he can keep record of it)
3. CAMP EXPECTATIONS - FORM
On the day we leave for camp each student and parent will be asked to fill out the Camp Expectations form Below is a link to review that and we will have them at the church sign on July 13th. You are more than welcome to print it out at home and sign it before the day we leave. All students and Parents will need to sign.

This year there will also be theme nights at camp that students can participate in!

5. When We are Leaving- It is different this year!
We will be leaving the church the night of July 13th. Students will need to be at the church by 11:30PM to leave the church by Midnight!
6. Your student will need Money for 2 fast food meals on the way down and back
All other meals will be provided by the camp!
( Note Glorieta does not accept cash for the coffee shops and gift shop) Please plan accordingly!
